1. Acceptable Use
You must use FynBud lawfully and in line with community safety expectations. You may not post or share content that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringes rights, or violates our community guidelines.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your account access. If you become aware of unauthorized use, contact us promptly.
3. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant FynBud the rights needed to display and operate the service. FynBud may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access when these terms or the community guidelines are violated.
4. Service Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
5. Limitation of Liability
FynBud is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
